More recently you can get a tool called CyanDelta Updater that may work with your phone that will make this much easier.Not usually as stable (especially if you use nightlys). For updates you will have to download it, boot into recovery, and install the zip every time. Theming is super easy, and you can basically do whatever you want. They are entirely customize-able, and you can make your phone feel like it truly belongs to you.
